I never used to get the added policy when I traveled until after they lost all of my luggage, and I never got it back or replaced. I had valuables that I couldn’t replace in it so now I never leave without getting the policy put into place. I am sure that I could do without the holiday insurance but I don’t want to chance it again. Next time I could get hurt or lose my money, and then what would I do? I know it does make me feel better even if I don’t have to use it. I do know others who have had problems when vacationing who would of benefited from having some type of policy in place, so it does pay to be covered.
