Maintaining your wooden high chair

When you have a wooden high chair, there are some basic maintenance items that need to be attended to.  Obviously, the most basic thing to do is to keep the chair clean.  While cleaning, you want to inspect the wood for any wear or damage to the wood or the finish that may cause splinters.  The tray must be in proper shape to fit the rails where it sits properly and latch into place well.  The other normal thing is to check the fasteners for any looseness. Loose screws can cause the chair to get wobbly and that is to be avoided.
