My First Apartment

When I rented my first apartment I found a list of apartments for lease online and use that list to decide which amenities were important to me.  I decided that the most important things for me were a gated community, a swimming pool, washers and dryers in the apartment, and a security system.  Once I narrowed it down like that I found that there were only a few places in town that would meet my needs and I went to visit them.  I found my apartment right away and moved in the following month.  I don’t know if I would have found such a great place if I had gone into it without a little bit of research first.
