Most people when they start looking for a place to live they decide that they want to get the nicest place that they can possibly afford.  This is usually the first step to failure because it makes you into a mindset where you feel the need to spend a whole lot more money than you ever would otherwise.  That’s a really interesting problem because now all the sudden instead of trying to save money.  If I could trying to spend money.  It’s like when someone buys a home foreclosure, and all of a sudden they want to spend more money to make a really nice thing to save a lot of money by keeping it as cheap as possible.
