She Did Not Understand

I was on the phone with my mother in law the other day, and I was explaining to her how our son is not going to do very well in school because he has dyslexia.  She wasn’t really grasping how it would effect him, until I explained to her that dyslexia causes difficulty reading and spelling.  I told her that the other students would advance, and he would be lagging behind, because he would not be getting the sort of attention that he needed at the school.  We were going to be taking him out of his school, and putting him in a new one.
