I spent three hours on the phone with computer network support. I was fortunate that the person I was speaking with was very knowledgeable and had me try several things. I eventually ended up with two support workers on the phone. I followed the directions they gave me and finally my system was working again. I told them sending my computer to someone for repair was not an option. I told them I use my computer for work and needed it on tomorrow. I am planning to send a note to their boss to let them know what a great job their employees did for me.
