I just got back from meeting with my lawyer. He is well known for expunging records in Florida. I was found not guilty in a marijuana possessions charge. When I said it wasn’t mine, I was telling the truth. I knew that any sort of wrinkle in my record could really hurt me. I was going to nursing school and would soon be applying for my state examination. I really did not want any slip ups to hinder my opportunity at being a nurse. I worked to hard to get to this point and can not allow anything to stop me.
